Of Rappers & Men: The Difference Between Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab & Lil' Wayne: Considering our history in America and all that has been and is being done to us, shouldn’t Lil Wayne have aspired to be Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab?

Lil' Wayne is one of my favorite niggas in the world. "I loved her fancy underwear." Busy on my ShittyCop mission, ain't been no time to Serialnigga. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab be today's motivation.

Be it's the message of the artist that makes the distinction between rap and the garbage polluting the airwaves many confuse as rap but is actually hip hop and despite him being a Cash Money millionare, his Bling and his commercial transparency the nigga in me places Wayne into the rapper category. It's hypocritical, but my black allowance.

How did Farouk miss the allure of acquiring Bling, wearing sagging pants and becoming a rapper; and what needs to be done to make an entire generation embrace his values?
"Watch the news. I'm going to kill a bunch of cops." Crowned BOW martyr against white terrorism brother Maurice Clemmons is said to have swore before his protest.

Would the black community be better off with a generation of Bow Wows or Maurice Clemmons(es)?

The most impressive thing about Lil Wayne is where he came from and what he’s accomplished. My indulgence of him as a rapper might be for this very reason. Hence Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the son of a wealthy Nigerian banker. The same, “what’s most impressive about him is where he’s from and what he’s amounted to” can be said for him. Considering our history in America and all that has been and is being done to us, shouldn’t Lil Wayne have aspired to be Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab?  Goddamn my nigga.
